Renowned French-Canadian pianist Louis Lortie said, “There is something very mysterious about her; she has a very deep soul”…” It is a bit like the feeling I get when I hear Gergiev playing with the orchestra; this incredible magma of sound!” A Russian pianist and pedagogue Dmitri Bashkirov wrote: “I know Marina Yakhlakova due to her repeated participation in my international master classes. There is no doubt that she is a very gifted person with an individual attitude towards music, having brilliant pianism and understanding of musical ideas essence as well as the ways for their clear and vivid realization” Marina has been chosen for studying at Lake Como International Piano Academy starting on the October of 2017.
