The Vanderbilt Music Akademie is a music and cultural program designed for select students from Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music. A joint initiative with musicians from the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, participants receive lessons and chamber music coachings from a world-class faculty and are immersed in the rich cultural opportunities available in the wonderful city of Berlin. The 2019 VMA features both a string quartet and wind quintet with students ranging in age from 19 to 22.
